  • CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) practitioners are required to complete extensive exams in the areas of financial planning, taxes, insurance, estate planning and retirement planning. Attaining the CFP® designation takes experience and a substantial amount of work. CFP® professionals must also complete continuing education programs each year to maintain their certification status. Working with a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERpractitioner guarantees that you are working with someone who has a high level of expertise in the field of financial planning.
  • The Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation focuses on the comprehensive financial planning process as an organized way to collect and analyze information on a client's total financial situation; to identify and establish specific financial goals; and to formulate, implement, and monitor a comprehensive plan to achieve those goals. The ChFC® program provides financial services professionals with in-depth knowledge of the skills needed to perform comprehensive financial planning for their clients.
  • The Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designation is the undisputed professional credential for persons involved in the protection, accumulation, preservation, and distribution of the economic values of human life. The CLU® program provides insights into the life insurance business, its importance to the economy, its operation and distribution systems, and its resurging importance for safe and secure investments. CLU® designation is the common bond for continuing growth and commitment to professionalism.
  • The Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL®) designation is a rigorous credential in the senior and retirement planning space, with curriculum that covers wealth accumulation, income distribution, and estate planning strategies for those preparing for or in retirement. Advisors taking this program commit between 250 and 300 hours of study and take about 18 months to complete the designation.
  • The Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designee is trained to understand how to structure effective retirement income plans, how to mitigate risks to the plan, and how to create a sustainable stream of income to last throughout a client's retirement years.
